Log into your Faritha account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unworn, then include a printout of your return authorization.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup via our logistics partner.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
